How to check the Subnets/Network in Summary Address

Hi Guys

I Have a question Please tell me If i have a Summary Address how i will
calculate which Network include in it.
For example If i say , I have a summary address of 192.168.10.0/21 and i tell
you
how many subnets or network contain in this address how you will calculate it
Pls if any one knows the short cut reply to that email.

the below are the summary addresses.
1. 192.168.10.0/21
2. 192.168.16.0 255.255.248.0
