192.168.16.0 this is the summary address and subnet mask
255.255.248.0 summary address subnet mask
255.255.255.0 class C defautl mask
255.255.248.0 summary mask

start adding 7 to 16 = 17,18,19,20,21,22,23

192.168.23.255 this is the total number of summary address
