Sounds like a local call manager express is required that has a backup
voice gateway at that specific location. when phones un register they
will go into fallback and use the local voice gateway and h323 dial
palns on the local router. Other than that, it really isn't a great
idea to attempt VoIP on an RF link that has variable latency/jitter as
these are the most critical factors to a VoIP stream.
