Well, design of the alarm feature is wrong if there is no way to
disable a feature that you don't plan to use, along with its monitoring.
Or else you get a custommer alarmed by seeing an indicator of a failure,
that may be no issue at all.
I'm not aware of a way to disable the monitoring of the engine
subservices...
