1) Interesting scenario, but in all honesty you should be using redundant
power supplies in your 6500's with enough wattage to power up your blades.
If you don't have enough power I don't see how you are going to accomplish
your tasks here.
2) If you aren't running a first hop redundancy protocol between the two
routers, how does the other one act as the backup? Are the computers
pointing to Router A (Primary) as there default gateway? If this is the case
you will need to manually change this (which will create some downtime) to
work on router A, and then clear the ARP tables of the client machines who
will now be pointing to Router B.
Or you could run HSRP/VRRP/GLBP between the two routers :)
