Cat 65K power question

Hi Folks,

I have a small challenge in front of me..need some expert advice

1) you have 6500 chasis and single power supply. You want to insert
new line
card which requires 45w power and chasis doesnt have sufficent power.
How will
you bring this line card powered on without powering down any othermodule and
changing power supply
2) You
have two routers A and B at customer site. A is primary and B is its
backup.
What steps/approach will you follow to do maintenence on router A
without any
downtime. HSRP is not running between this routers.
Please advice
