Windows 7 and Dynagen plus telnet

Hi all,

I installed Dynagen on win 7, every thing was working fine but when I come
to launch telnet from dynagen, I get this "Windows cannot find 'telnet'.
Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again." message.

I know Win 7 does not enable telnet by default, so I have enable it through
control panel and tested that it works from cmd.
It seems like the problem is with Dynagen cannot open Win 7 telnet.

Has any one come across this problem? Any tip is much appreciated!!
