Well, the point of VRFs is to separate routing tables, isn't it? ;) If
you wish to mix, then configure inter VRF routing on the Layer 3
device uplink.
But in your case, I would find easier to forget the Mgmt0 port and
management VRF ever existed, and manage the 5000 using a SVI.
