PIM-SM (Bootstrap Protocol vs Aotu-RP

Hi there
i was going through the mini senarios and found that the bootstrap protocol
doesnt need any mechanism to probagate the election results of the RP to the
rest of the multicast domain like the case of auto-RP, for auto-RP u need to
use either ip pim autorp listener or use sparse dense mode, but here all u
need is let R3 works as C-RP and C-BSR, can any one help me on this

the topology is as shown below:

Host1-R1-R2-R3-R4-R5-Host2
