PIM Register-now willing to be RP

Hello GS,

gettig the below msg after config of
 ip pim accept-register list 120
 access-list 120 permit ip 15.15.0.0 0.0.255.255 host 224.0.1.40
 access-list 120 deny ip any any

%PIM-4-INVALID_SRC_REG: Received Register from 5.5.78.7 for (5.5.7.7,
239.1.1.1), not willing to be RP
