Policing between differents switches with GLBP

Folks,

I'm studying one way to implement GLBP with policing (e.g.: mls qos
aggregate) between differents cisco mls switches.

My customer will have up to 2.5Gb of traffic and I will need balance
traffic between two MLS switches

Ttheoretically if I will have two switches I will be able to divide
the traffic (2.5Gb) for the AVF number. This will reflect the
expected result?

Can you help me with any suggestions?
