Hello Kiran,
I believe the message makes perfect sense after the configuration you have
placed.
What you have configured is the RP should only accept PIM registration
messages from the source of subnet 15.15.0.0/16 & only for the multicast
address 224.0.1.40. Any other PIM registration message will be rejected and
this is what the message is all about.
