You can use static label assignment or use MPLS label crossconnect.

It should avoid PHP.

mpls static binding ipv4 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 output 10.0.0.66 2607
mpls static binding ipv4 10.6.0.0 255.255.0.0 input 17

As a note why would you ever require such a setup ??
