MPLS- Disable PHP & Assign normal Label

Hello Group,

A quick question . Is there a way of disabling PHP and let the penultimate
router assign a proper label to a prefix when advertising it to the edge
router. I am not looking for the "explicit null" option here as enabling
that would assign it to all the prefixes and the ingress router can't route
a packet using that label. I am looking for a way of assigning normal labels
to the prefixes, as a router would normally do if it is not the penultimate
one.
