Hi Naufal,
Route target is used in MPLS VPN scenarios. Route target export and rd bgp
extended communities gets added along with the route to convert into vpnv4
route in MPLS core. By looking at export attribute egress / remote PE router
checks under vrf's if there is any matching import route target configured.
That way those routes get installed into that particular vrf. Again, this
whole thing is control plane.
In the config you mentioned, I can only think of two different vrf's. Hope
