Naufal,

Route-Targets are extended communities that are added to the BGP prefixes in
an MPLS Core. They specifically identify the VPN's. If the one VRF exports a
route-target, another VRF somewhere in the core MUST import the route-target
for the Customer to see the routes.

The RD does not identify the VPN and is only used to make the IPv4 addresses
unique within the MPLS domain.

In the example you sited below, you are correct in your assumption.
