Route-target in MPLS

Hi Folks,
I am trying to understand the concept of route-target in MPLS. Need some help
in understanding
ip vrf FPLrd 10:10route-target export 20:20
ip vrf LAN_VRFrd 64513:200route-target import 20:20
Does this config means that I will get all the routes from FPL vrf into
LAN_VRF vrf?
