It could be your analyzer is reporting erroneous information based on
your netflow configuration. If you have CAR configured correctly, most
likely this is the issue. Many times you will hear of people using
netflow and the collector reporting more than 100% utilization on
interfaces. This is typically because the active timeout is not set. IF
you are using any encrypted tunneling protocols on this interface, it
can cause the traffic to be counted twice as well. I am not trying to
plug a product here, but plixer.com has a pretty good support forum
(systrax.com) that might be able to help you on netflow specific issues
and why you might be seeing this behavior.

I configured CAR on serial interface with 1024 mb of bandwith and i get
netflow statistics with netflow analyzer software.
CAR is configured to limit for 1024 mb exceed is configured to drops
packets
and is working but on netflow analyzer i see peaks until 2 mb. Anybody
knows
why???
