QoS netflow analyzer

Hi,

I configured CAR on serial interface with 1024 mb of bandwith and i get
netflow statistics with netflow analyzer software.

CAR is configured to limit for 1024 mb exceed is configured to drops packets
and is working but on netflow analyzer i see peaks until 2 mb. Anybody knows
why???
