BGP AS Design

Hello,

We are designing a network with two ISPs MPLS clouds for redunancy
having each site have links to both the clouds and using bgp as the WAN
protocol. We are trying to figure out if we can use a private as for this
design or need to register our own public as. Also we are seeking the best
practice to try to run IBGP relationships to each of the ISP's routers or to
use EBGP having each site have its own AS?
