Like Shaughn said.

This is pretty common, using 2 SPs for MPLS transport, usually will
use a private AS end eBGP peer with the SPs, if its for redundancy you
can use local pref for outbound traffic and as-path prepend to less
prefer your backup SP, and other techniques.
