ASA Transparent mode --- Need HELP !!!

Hi Friends,
I need your help regarding the deployment of ASA5550 in transparent mode.
Please reffer to below network diagram.

HO ---Dark'fiber--- DR'Site---- Core switch---- ASA5550----Access'SW.

We have to place the ASA5550 in the DR site in between the Core swtich and
the Access layer switch. There are multiple VLANs on Core-Sw and same on the
Access-sw. What we have to do is, we want multiple VLANs on Core to talk to
ACCESS-Sw via ASA. I am using the ASA in single mode. And this single mode
is restricting me to use the same different network on both sides of the
ASA. But as i have mentioned we have multiple VLANs, so we do have multiple
subnets. So my ques is, is it possible to make this thing work in ASA5550 ?
or its a device limitation ?

Did any1 configured the above mentioned scenario? Please shed some light on
this. Your immidiate help will be highly appriciated.
