In the following example, synchronous logging for line 4 is enabled with
a severity level of 6. Then synchronous logging for line 2 is enabled
with a severity level of 7 and is specified with a maximum number of
buffer lines of 1,000.

First you should take a look at the command reference to see what the logging
synch commanf under the line configuration does for you. Once you see that -
the difference will be very clear.

now which one is correct although solution says that the first option is
