It is in the database. "Sh ip ospf database router" shows the route.
BTW is there a single command to show everything in the database ? A single
command that would include subcommands like sh ip ospf database router, summary,
external etc... I have not found that.

Providing a brief topology description would help.
But how do you know that the route is not in OSPF's database ?

OSPF needs the database to be identical in all area routers, so the
filtering only applies to what the current router learns from OSPF.
