First off, those are *NOT* K-values, rather the exact values for the
components of the EIGRP metric and the MTU.
Unless you are told to use specific values, anything you specify is
the correct answer, as long as it satisfies all other requirements.
Note that most of the workbook soultions show you just one of the many
possible solutions. If you find something else that works - good for
you! :-)
