if you are concerted that the path might be load balanced, might want to
look at paris-traceroute http://www.paris-traceroute.net/ it can actually
discover all of the paths.. it's the best traceroute out there used to map
out the internet. if you are qos issue the issue might be loadbalancing so
it's worth looking at it.
