traceroute question

Hi,
 
Is it possible to do a traceroute with a port number? I want to see where the
ssh traffic to a particular destination is getting more latency or being
dropped.
 
One more question:
 
If two NIC's of a server are connected to my switch and they are teamed in
active-active mode,then should i be learning their virtual Mac address on both
the phsical switchport or should they be different macc addresees for each
port?
