You can do a traceroute to a particular port number, but the problem is that
cisco's implementation of traceroute only uses UDP so it might not match the
same class of service. if you use linux, you can change the port and
protocol to generate traceroutes, the biggest problem is that if a device
has the port opened traceroute won't work.
