Sham links between different ospf areas

Hi Experts,
I was wondering if we have Sham links (MPLSVPN) between PEs while CEs have
different(non-area0) OSPF areas,say area 1 and area 2. Which LSA type 1 will
be distributed between PEs and will we have discontinues OSPFareas, so we need
to do virtual links or so? please explain.
