OT: Hiding caller ID on call manager 6.1

Hello all,

I have a department that initiate calls to customers with return calls to be
made through
an help desk number. However customers keep calling back using the
originating number
 which has turned unpleasant.

I need to know how I can mask or hide originating ID and extension on cisco
call manager 6.1
