SSH - Process Intensive

Dear Expert,

I am in a testing Phase of Deploying SSH in my network here.

I am experiencing a strange kind of Behavior.

When i am trying to Copy some thing from My Switches Flash to TFTP server

copy flash:/c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5/html/images/bar_lg.gif
tftp:bar_lg.gif

At the Instance i enter the Command - the SSH Session HALT's for some time

I opened another SSH Session and found out that its taking the most of the
Porcess Utlization :
