Thank you experts for the useful information and it helped me well to
understand the benefits, But is there an official document from Cisco
explains all the benefits (Support, Response time, Escalation procedure,
discount, and so on) so I can present it to the customer,
I Google for this many time but I got noting.
Thanks

Subject: Re: Benefits of choosing a Cisco gold partner company.
Hi Mahmoud,
The biggest issue is gold partners have really good relationships with
cisco. Gold Partners must have minimum 4 CCIEs, 4 adv. certifications
also 7x24 support. Also they have really big budget to handle cisco
orders or trainings. Gold parrtner has to keep updated their knowledge
on whatever certification have already have. Also they can achieve ATP
partnership from cisco. Cisco has different partnership to sell specific
technologies such as contact center, video surveillance, IPTV/DMS. Also
gold partners can provide much more discount different from any other
partner (default gold partner discount is 42% silver is 40%). Those
ratios could change due to the project.
Gold partner means,
they can configure the technology which certification of this technology
they have.
They can provide 7x24 phone support (they must have a call center) and
1 hour call back.
They have an agreement with cisco to SLA.
I hope those infos will help you.
