management resources, etc. In the end, I would interview acceptable
candidates to understand their experience with the type of project you are
implementing and make sure you are comfortable with the resources they can
provide. I agree that you can find very talented engineers out there, and
you may find one that has a great deal of experience in a specialty that you
require.
