In all seriousness, when you do this stuff as much as we do it is very
important to get yourself some equipment you feel comfortable on. I
used to get terrible back pain when I had a crappy office chair. I
bought myself a nice big leather one with good back support.

When I work in my home office I dock my laptop up to an external
keyboard, external mouse, and dual 22" LCD widescreens. It really
does help. Oh, and if your wife complains you are spending too much
money on gear, just convince her it is for health reasons : )
