Yes, its correct i am feel most of this issue, when working on Laptop.
Although at office i work on normal keyboard. I occionally change my mouse
hand after every few months. I am good at right and left hands with mouse.

I will consider using an alternative to built in keyboard. I have purchased
a very comfortable table for laptop. This helped a lot.

I use more than 3 liters of water a day... it helps a lot to control high
blood pressure.

I dont drink, neither smoke and no girlfriends (i'm married). Please can
some one tell me why i am doing CCIE :)
