RE: Appeal to All Current CCIEs

Actually OEQ is only 4 points but you still have to pass it.

Trouble is 20-30 points
Configuration is 70-75 points

You need to put into perspective that although it is a given it is still a
very small portion of the test.

yeah, that was my point. If you get to skip the OEQ you get 21 point
headstart.
