No lie. One of the biggest gotcha's that we hit (easily avoidable if you use the DSP calculator) is watching out for your signaling shared resources. We had scenarios where 4 to 6 channel banks would be connected to a 2811 and that would do some transcoding to a g729 SIP provider and some ISDN. For a while there, we were calculating just the total calls, until one of our channel banks wouldn't come up. Even if you're only support 10% of your calls, you still need to have the shared signaling resources to support it.
