Cme using 7962 and 7915

Hi Guys,
I was unable to configure using CME to manage the 7915 add-ons.
At this point I have defined 7962 terminal type adding 7915 12 add-on but they remain in ambar. The rest of IpPhones works properly.
In this way, I also added a .sbn at the tftp availables to boot, but no results.
What I'm missing?
