Often when people do what I said previously they will guess at a mac
address that is similar to their own. In the rare event that someone
just happened to pick yours what they are saying can definately occur.
 It could also be that the manufacturer sold multiple PC's with the
same MAC and someone happened to purchase it somehwere near your home.
 Although this isn't supposed to occur it does happen at times. The
probability is very low, so I guess it is your lucky day. :)
