FR Interworking - is back to back Frame-relay mandatory?

hi guys,

for AToM and L2TPv3, is back to back Frame-relay mandatory? i'm testing this
in Dynamips. FR-VLAN Interworking works fine when Back to Back FR is used
between CE-PE, but when i connect a dynagen frame-relay switch in the
topology between CE-PE, the connectivity fails. So can it be made to work
without back-to-back FR using a dynagen FR switch?
