They went with the virtual hardware approach for the Trouble Tickets
(Troubleshooting Section) in order to be able to present the candidate
with 20 to 30 routers in a unique topology from the Configuration
section. The reason they use so many routers is primarily to allow for
the creation of 10 to 12 Trouble Tickets that are independent of each
other.
