I don't think that enabling PIM on R3's LB has any benefit in your Scenario,
because R3 isn't RP nor MA. You have PIM-SM enabled on the interface between
R3 and R2, which is enough.

And if you have R2 as the MA, you don't need auto-rp listener anywhere,
because R2 is able to listen for RP Announcement from R1 ( as being directly
connected), and R3 is able to listen to RP Discovery from R2 (as being
directly connected)

Please, remove PIM from R3's LB and reload your routers after saving, and
check again, with debugging "auto-rp" on R2, R3.
