yes, Both does the same job, But
Router#clear ip bgp X.X.X.X in - Restart the Neighbour relation ship and
advertising / learning the prefix. incur downtime as learining takes time
Router#clear ip bgp X.X.X.X soft in - Soft restart. Keeps the Routes in
memory or if state refresh capability is enabled it keep the state of the
prefix and restart the neighbour relationship. Effective method in live
network
