*clear ip bgp x.x.x.x in *----
issues a route refresh message and this way asks the peer to resend all his
BGP updates.
*clear ip bgp x.x.x.x soft in *----
which does a soft reset of the peer without having the flap to the peer.
This could be used when changing the filtering policy and then needing to
reset the peer.
