Dynamips for SP

Hi Friends

I am a CCIE R$S and while studying for R$S ; I practiced on real stuff
. No dynamips

Now that I wish to learn some SP stuff ; I am in resource crunch and
heard of dynamips ..

Can you guys please answer following ques

[A] I can buy a PC ? whats the best config I shd go for . I say best
keeping in mind the future use as well ? Ppl running on laptops please
let me know how good / bad experice is ?

[B] Where can I get the documentation of how to setup the things on my new PC ?

[C] How many devices can I simulate ?

[D] Can we simulate ATM stuff like LS1010 as well ?

[E] Are there people who have simulated vendors like INE / IPE
topologies for SP lab on dynamips .. How good is their experience ?

[F] Lastly ; how long will this take and in hiw much time can i be
accessing real stuff :)

I am sure these questions are silly for l already using this ,, But
cant help .. I need to get this working ,,
