1) Go to SW1 and SW2 and do:

default interface FastEthernet0/19
default interface FastEthernet0/20
default int po 1
no int po 1

2) Go back to SW1 then SW 2 and do;

int range interface FastEthernet0/19 - 20
shut
channel-group 1 mode active

3) Go back to SW1 then SW 2 and do:
int range interface FastEthernet0/19 - 20
no shut
then go to SW1/SW2
int po1
 switchport access vlan 13
 switchport mode access
