I have implemented multicasting yet on this network.sw1 is server and rest are
clients.

I think you have a multicast propagation issue here; updates seem to be sent
but not acknowledged back. After 15 retries of updating, and no Ack
received, EIGRP will reset (Peer Goodbye Received) the neighbor. Do you have
pruning activated, or some of the switches are in transparent mode?

Also need to know when we get the message maximum retransmission limit
exceeded what does that convey.I think each error message has got it own
meaning which will help us to isolate the problem quickly.
