Flapping links issue...

Hi Experts,
I need your help.My eigrp neighborship is flapping like anything.Its a simple
config between R6 and my BB1 router.checked the BB router no special
configuration
line over there.I am able to ping the BB router but the Q count shows>0.
and i receive "peer good-bye received" message always.I am not able to figure
out
what could be the issue.
Can anyone suggest me a link or flow chart which we can follow for
troubleshooting
flapping links for eigrp and ospf?It will be a great help..
