Well EF = DSCP 46 is a pretty well known value. Generally, in the ask the
expert forum it was stated that the point is not memorization type
questions, but honestly at this point who knows? An easy way to remember
this is with the following formula:
AFxy = DSCP 8x + 2y
So AF23 for instance = (8*2) + (2*3) = DSCP 22
