Correct but I would also learn the way back from DSCP 22 to AF23... it's just a likely you could be asked to provide the AF code for 010110,etc

And be stuck

Well EF = DSCP 46 is a pretty well known value. Generally, in the ask the
expert forum it was stated that the point is not memorization type
questions, but honestly at this point who knows? An easy way to remember
this is with the following formula:

AFxy = DSCP 8x + 2y

So AF23 for instance = (8*2) + (2*3) = DSCP 22
